First Nations Consultant

Expressions of interest are sought nationally for a First Nations consultant to lead the integration of the First Peoples Roadmap for Enhancing Indigenous Engagement into the National Standards for Australian Museums and Galleries 2.0.

Knowledge in one or more of the following areas is preferred: museum and/or gallery sector experience; policy writing; library or archives experience.

Duration of Project: June - October 2021 (flexible)
Project budget: $15,000 is available for the project. This is inclusive of the consultant’s fee, budget for the consultation process, and GST if applicable.
Reports to: Tara Callaghan and Leisha Walker, Training & Professional Development Program Team, Museums & Galleries Queensland (M&G QLD)
