Projects
2025
Peter Weinert Museum – Sydney Swans – Our team at Xzibit was entrusted with the task of designing and building the Sydney Swans Museum, a space dedicated to celebrating, protecting, and preserving the truly unique and rich 150-year history of one of the world’s oldest football clubs. The museum captures the evolution, development, heartache and triumph that define the club’s DNA. The immersive experience allows visitors to see, touch and connect with this remarkable history on a profound, emotional level, sensing the presence of heroes past and present and reflecting on the resilience, longevity, courage, values, and enduring honesty of the Sydney Swans.
2025
Audiovisual interactives project – Queensland Holocaust Museum and Education Centre (QHMEC) – To bring the stories of Queensland-based Holocaust survivors to life, Xzibit worked with the QHMEC team to create and install an audiovisual survivor testimony experience, to bring the stories of the past into the present in a powerful educational experience.
2024
CopperString 2032 Experience Centre, QLD – This ambitious project required Xzibit to design and build a world-class visitor centre in six months. Xzibit crafted a suite of displays with complex audiovisual interactives, immersive ‘zones’ and strong brand messaging to schedule and budget. The centre now serves a wide visitor base ranging from school groups to Townsville locals and tourists as well as media and government representatives.
2021
Jurassic World (Touring Exhibition) – Brickman Exhibitions – This highly successful touring exhibition, a collaboration between Xzibit, Impeller, and Wildbear, has captivated audiences of all ages across Australia, New Zealand, Europe, and South America since its launch in 2021. Xzibit was commissioned by Universal and Brickman Exhibitions, for the entire exhibition design process.
2019
Mon Repos Turtle Centre – Queensland Department of Environment, Science & Innovation/Queensland Parks & Wildlife Service (QPWS) – After winning a competitive tender process, Xzibit collaborated with rangers, researchers, volunteers, the designated architect and builder to design and deliver the interpretive fitout of the Mon Repos Turtle Centre. The displays now captivate an audience including families and international tourists.
