The Roma on Bungil Gallery, at 38-44 Hawthorne Street, Roma is one of a network of excellent galleries within the Maranoa Regional Council area. It is managed by an active and passionate committee with the support of the Maranoa Regional Council and financial support from sponsors such as SANTOS.

The Gallery is a wonderful and exciting space that is utilised for temporary exhibitions that range from local and visiting artists using a variety of media, travelling exhibitions and exhibitions of National acclaim. Each exhibition usually has an official opening night with wine, cheese and/or finger food and then the exhibition stays on display for a six week period.

The Gallery is within a larger Art/Cultural precinct and is open during normal work hours which includes Saturday mornings.

Guided tours are available through arrangement with the committee, and after hours events can also be arranged.

The Gallery is located within easy walking distance from the main shopping centre of Roma with ample parking space. Many of Roma’s motels are located close to the Gallery. There are no stairs, and there is access to toilets/disables toilets and lounge area to sit and relax.
