Beth Jackson is a curator and critical writer of contemporary art, based in Brisbane, Australia. She has curated numerous exhibitions for the gallery sector, reflecting her abiding interests in feminism and environmental concerns.
Through her consultancy practice Artfully, Beth curates and manages public art commissions and develops public art policy and planning frameworks for private developments and local governments.
Beth is an art valuer, specialising in contemporary Australian art post 1960. She is registered with the federal government’s Cultural Gifts Program, and regularly conducts valuation assessments for public and private collection items.
Beth writes regularly for exhibition catalogue publications and contemporary art journals.
