More information

“I’m on a mission to build a more accessible, diverse, equitable and inclusive world – where everyone belongs. I believe that everyone should have equal opportunities to access and participate in the arts.

I work with arts and cultural organisations to make improvements to create positive change, through strategy, planning, research, evaluation, co-design, consultation, training and other projects. On any given day, this might look like facilitating strategy sessions, running consultations, writing an Equity Action Plan or delivering Disability Inclusion Training.

I bring my experience as a disabled artist and an accomplished leader, practitioner, consultant and facilitator with experience in government, the arts, not-for-profit and university sectors to my work. I have worked in large and small arts and cultural organisations as a CEO, Executive Director and senior leadership team member, including Accessible Arts and the Australia Council for the Arts (now Creative Australia).”
