The Museum’s concept is unique in that it is a flying Museum. The Museum has an extensive range of displays and exhibits depicting much of Australia’s flight heritage, including restored aircraft engines, wartime memorabilia, displays depicting famous aviation accidents and tragedies.

The aircraft have been restored to flying condition and perform regularly in airshows and aviation events around the country. Adventure flights in the SNJ, Trojan, Wirraway and scenic flights in a Cessna 172 can be arranged through the Museum.
