Cockscomb Veterans Bush Retreat Inc. is to advance the social welfare of all service people, including current and former members of the Australian and Allied Defence Forces, State and Federal Police, Fire Brigade, Ambulance, Emergency Communications Volunteers WICEN and State Emergency Services and their respective families.
The museum started out being a Vietnam collection, however it has grown to cover all Australian Deployments, and includes photos, collections, memorabilia, uniforms, Art work, replica weapons, medals, military books, and more.

The Museum is housed in a old Defence Department 9x20meter steel shed, type used as HQ buildings in Vietnam.
The onsite Caretaker can open the museum for interested people. There is a donation box near the front door and a Visitor’s book.
