More information the Innisfail Historical Museum

Innisfail’s Historical Museum is run by volunteers.  It has a varied collection of artefacts from the former Johnstone Shire Council area including a room dedicated to our early Chinese pioneers featuring 2 paintings (c1908), which have been restored, of the See Poy Children, and other rooms displaying war memorabilia, photographs of devastation caused by cyclones from the early 1900s to date and a small display to mark Innisfail’s Guinness World Record Banana Split in 2017.
