The Australian Television Archive is a Melbourne-based specialist supplier providing professional audiovisual digitisation and recovery of obsolete and ageing television formats. Services include 1-inch Type C, IVC, EIAJ, U-matic, Betacam, Digital Betacam, DVCAM, MiniDV, VHS and 16mm film, with particular expertise in difficult, rare and irreplaceable archival material requiring specialist handling, treatment and recovery. The Archive also provides archive footage research and supply services for museums, galleries, cultural organisations, broadcasters, researchers and production companies.
