Desley Armstrong has significant knowledge and experience in the arts and cultural sector with a career spanning 30 years in numerous lead roles. She has unique expertise in community heritage, libraries, small museums, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander collections; working with state, local and not-for-profit organisations.
Roles have included strategic and collection development, significance assessments and research of archival collections including photographic and image collections. Desley has a flexible and adaptable skills set to tackle the challenges at hand delivered at the highest standards of professionalism.
