Eumundi Museum
Eumundi Museum is set inside a heritage-listed church built in 1911 and sits proudly opposite the site of the famous Eumundi Markets. Being a local history museum, the displays include collections on natural history, Indigenous artefacts of the region’s Kabi Kabi people, early Eumundi settlers, local industry and contemporary history.

Eumundi Museum is set inside a heritage-listed church built in 1911 and sits proudly opposite the site of the famous Eumundi Markets. Being a local history museum, the displays include collections on natural history, Indigenous artefacts of the region’s Kabi Kabi people, early Eumundi settlers, local industry and contemporary history. Eumundi Museum also exhibits new temporary displays every few months, with previous displays covering topics such as the Queensland Country Women’s Association, the history of the museum’s building, and the Vietnam War – with more to come.
Eumundi Museum has been recently renovated to provide a fresh look and feel to the building, and reopened on May 31, 2022 after closing due to the pandemic.
